● T he AWT100-AP/WFH wireless communication module can realize two-way pure transparent transmission communication between WIFIHALOW wireless and 485 wired, and is suitable for local wireless communication transmission scenarios within a certain range.
● Communication distance reference of this module: Stable communication can be achieved within a range of 150 meters in the factory environment; wall penetration capability on the same floor (60 meters/5 walls, stable communication without antenna obstruction), vertical floor penetration (≤3 floors recommended).
● The actual communication distance is affected by many factors such as obstruction material, electromagnetic interference, cross frequency, weather, etc., and is subject to actual on-site test results.
Dual-mode architecture
Supports AP mode (access point) and STA mode (client), and can realize point-to-point or point-to-multipoint wireless data transmission through networking, flexibly adapting to different network architecture needs.
You can switch the communication mode by pressing and holding the front button for 3 seconds.
Automatic network distribution process mechanism
Short press the AP and STA module buttons respectively to enter the network distribution mode. The Sta light flashes quickly to indicate that the pairing is being searched. The red light of the STA module is always on to indicate that the network distribution is successful. Short press the AP module button to exit the network distribution state and realize one-click intelligent networking.
Smart grid and wireless meter reading system architecture
Adopting a four-layer architecture of gateway-initiating AP-terminal STA-instrument, the downlink data stream reaches the instrument from the gateway through the origin AWT100 (AP), WFH wireless channel, and terminal AWT100 (STA), and the upstream data stream is transmitted in the reverse direction, realizing seamless conversion of the MODBUS-RTU protocol and full-link wireless data transmission.
